Facercise," a face fitness program which has been popular since the early 80's. Carole was a successful beauty salon owner who was not particularly pleased when at the age of 36; her spouse notified her she was ageing terribly. Although she felt insulted, on analyzing her face she was inclined to agree with the fact, and she commenced exploring alternate anti aging methods.
After months of trying various remedies, Carole's research led her to mastering the ways to learn facial exercise. While Carole discovered that some of the exercises she read of worked very well, others were not quite as effectual. This encouraged her to creating her own facial exercise program. She practiced on herself for many months, and thus noticed impressive improvements. She then began to introduce the course to her beauty salon clientele, who were too very happy with their good results.
Facercise has been modified several times since Carole first released the course, and the newest edition "Ultimate Facercise" was modified so the exercises can be executed faster, as consumers appear to enjoy significantly less time for personal pampering these days than 30 years ago. Ultimate Facercise is available in paperback and DVD form.
Some of the Facercise exercises can be performed lying down, which helps people who might be pressed for precious time, as many exercises can be finished before you even get out of bed. Others are effectively executed in a sitting down position, and some are even "hands-free" which means they can be performed anywhere, even when you are traveling.
