When I was little, my father always told me that money does not grow on trees. He must have said this to me at least once per week - whenever I attempted to request something. As I started to grow up, I understood that he was right. Still, for my 30th birthday, I got a touch of a kick out of proving him wrong. My husband decided that I deserved a shopping spree and as opposed to getting me a present card, he took a quite a bit more imaginative approach. He bought a tiny little tree and planted it in a gorgeous pot. He painted dollar bill signs all over the pot and made it look incredibly special. On the branches, he took fishing wire and strung up tiny little letters which were written on little blocks. All of the letters spelled out Happy Birthday. The best part was that every one of the small blocks had holes in the top that he used to tie the fishing line for hanging on the branches. He took lots of time to make little scrolls to also place into the holes. Every scroll had a monetary amount written on it. After I was done opening all of the scrolls, in addition to melting from the resourcefulness he had shown, my very own money tree had given me five hundred dollars for a shopping spree - even though I most likely are worthy of applied the money to my

Everybody at my party thought that it was the most wonderful and distinctive gift and idea that they'd ever seen. He could have just given me the money or a present card, but he spent a good deal of time in making that cash tree. If you want to know the truth, that money tree was the best gift that I've ever been given. I still have it sitting in my house, though it has grown quite a bit over the years. I have seen a lot of people give a cash tree as a present for various occasions. Most of those people spend additional money just to have money decorate a tree. With some time and a small amount of your very own ingenuity, you can make your own cash tree. Of course, in today's civilization, a lot of people just do not have enough time or allow themselves to take the time. So, if you want to give a cash tree as a gift, you can find some magnificent ones that businesses will personalize for you. In point of fact, if you can think of a unique reason to give one to somebody else, they can make it possible.
Sure, some people think that giving money as a gift is impersonal. Maybe it is. However, who doesn't appreciate getting cash as a present? You could be boring and place it inside of a card. Or, you could be imaginative and win some points by presenting the recipient with a money tree. I promise they will smile a lot brighter than if you merely handed them money. Not to mention the truth that they will probably always remember such a distinctive gift, even years later.
